RETURNS & EXCHANGES
30‑Day Return Policy
We offer a 30‑day return window from the date your order is placed (not the delivery date).
Return requests must be postmarked within 15 days of delivery to be considered.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The product is unused and unassembled
- The product is in original packaging, with inner packaging untampered
- The product and packaging are returned in fully resalable condition
- The item shows no signs of use, wear, or residue
Because the Nohlas Nut Milk Maker is a food‑contact appliance, used items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety standards.
Replacement Orders
If a replacement was issued and you wish to return your order, both the original item and the replacement must be returned. If both items are not received, a refund cannot be issued.
Late or Ineligible Returns
Returns that:
- Are postmarked after 15‑days of delivery, or
- Arrive in used, damaged, or unsanitary condition
will not be accepted, and no refund, exchange, or replacement will be provided.
How to Initiate a Return
If your item meets the eligibility criteria, please email support@nohlas.com before shipping your return.
Please include the following inside your return package:
- Full name
- Email address used for the order
- Order number
- Reason for return or requested exchange
You may include a handwritten note, packing slip, or a printed order confirmation to help us process your return faster.
Shipping & Handling
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Shipping charges are non‑refundable
- We do not provide prepaid return labels
- No RMA number is required
- The packing slip included with your order is not a return label
If a package is refused or marked “Return to Sender,” return shipping fees and any carrier‑imposed charges will be deducted from any eligible refund.
For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
Processing Time
Once your return is received at our facility, please allow 7–14 business days for inspection and processing.
REFUNDS
If your return is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Funds typically appear within 3–5 business days after approval
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@nohlas.com as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
Non‑Returnable Items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Used or assembled products
Exchanges
To receive a different item, we recommend returning the eligible product for a refund and placing a new order once the return is approved.
Missing Items
If any items are missing from your order, please contact support@nohlas.com within 5 days of delivery.
When contacting us, include:
- Photos of the packing slip
- Photos of all contents received
- A photo of the shipping label
If we are not notified within 5 days of delivery, we will assume the order was received as documented and will be unable to offer compensation.
